注意事項

ATTENTION

  • 入場時チケット代とは別にドリンク代¥600が必要となります。
  • 未就学児の入場はお断りさせていただきます。
  • VIPチケットは1申込につき1枚のみの申込となります。通常チケットは1申込につき4枚まで申し込み可能です。
  • 各種抽選チケットは、予告なく追加で受付を実施する場合がございます。
  • チケットの紛失、盗難などには一切ご対応出来ません。公演が終了するまで大切に保管してください。
  • チケットの転売は固くお断りいたします。オークション /転売サイトなどへの出品、第三者への転売が発覚した場合、そのチケットは無効となる場合がございます。
  • また、転売により購入されたチケットのトラブルについて、主催者側では一切の責任を負いません。
  • 自然災害、交通機関の事故などによる期日や座席の変更、払い戻しはいたしません。
  • 公演が延期または中止になった場合、チケットの払い戻しについては別途ご案内いたします。
  • 本公演では身体が不自由な方や介助が必要な方が、安心してイベントをご観覧いただけるように専用のエリアを設けております。
    当日のスムーズなご案内のため、ご利用をご希望される方は事前のご連絡をお願いいたします。

  • A drink fee of ¥600 will be charged in addition to the ticket price upon entry.
  • Preschool children will not be allowed entry.
  • Only one VIP ticket can be applied for per application. Up to four regular tickets can be applied for per application.
  • Additional tickets for various lottery tickets may be accepted without prior notice.
  • We cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep them safe until the end of the performance.
  • Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If a ticket is listed on an auction/resale site or resold to a third party, it may become invalid.
  • In addition, the organizers will not be held responsible for any troubles with tickets purchased through resale.
  • Dates and seats will not be changed or refunds will not be made due to natural disasters, transportation accidents, etc.
  • If the performance is postponed or canceled, we will inform you separately about ticket refunds.
